At DORA, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund within 7-10 working days. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for the replacement of such shipments. Please refer to our Cancellation & Return Policy for additional details.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please return it to DORA, and we’ll arrange for a replacement provided it meets the following conditions:
- 1. If a defect (damaged/defective/wrong product) is found after opening the package, please inform our Customer Care Department (via email at dorabd35@gmail.com) as soon as possible along with photo or video proof.
- 2. Our Customer Care Department, upon consultation with management, will arrange for a replacement or payment adjustment. Complaints will be valid for up to 3 days from the date of receipt.
- 3. Used/swatched, liquid, or semi-liquid products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- 4. Products cannot be exchanged or returned if the buyer changes their mind or dislikes aspects like smell, texture, color, or design.
- 5. The Return Policy will not apply if the product seal is broken or if the product does not suit the user.
- 6. If you mistakenly order the wrong product, we may allow an exchange upon payment of return and resending costs. This special exchange depends on product type and management discretion.
- 7. The original invoice, DORA packaging, and product packaging (where applicable) must be returned along with the product.
How to Return Your Product and Costs Involved
- Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of charge (*Conditions applied). If you live outside Dhaka, please return the product via Sundarban Courier Service. If your return claim is validated, we will reimburse your courier fee.
- If the return claim is invalid, the same product will be sent back to you, and you will bear the return and resending expenses.
