Cerave Hydrating Cleanser For Normal To Dry Skin

Start by wetting your face with lukewarm water to prepare your skin for cleansing. Avoid using hot water, as it can dry out or irritate your skin.

Squeeze a small amount of CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser (about a dime-sized amount) onto your fingertips. Gently apply the cleanser to your damp face, focusing on areas that may have excess dirt or makeup buildup.

Gently massage the cleanser into your skin using circular motions. This will help remove impurities and makeup while allowing the hydrating ingredients to work. The cleanser may not lather as much as traditional foaming cleansers, but it will still effectively cleanse without stripping moisture.

After cleansing, apply a moisturizer (like CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion or CeraVe Healing Ointment) to lock in hydration. If it's daytime, don’t forget to apply sunscreen as the final step in your morning skincare routine.

Gentle Formula: This cleanser is non-foaming and gentle, making it ideal for those with dry or sensitive skin. Avoid Over-Cleansing: Don’t over-wash your face, as it can lead to dryness or irritation. Twice a day is typically sufficient. Hydrate After Cleansing: Always follow with a good moisturizer, as cleansing can remove some natural oils from your skin, even with a hydrating cleanser.
